With one or several visits (you decide), we will check on your home or property. If there IS a problem, we will immediately contact you and get the professionals in that can repair you problem effectively, efficiently and cost effectively. We will oversee them making sure your home or property is not left occupied by a stranger. We are a Home Improvement Specialist with Service Magic and have many reliable and professional contractors to access through their database.
Services provided:
- Regular check of property during travel to ensure lights and window coverings are rotated
- Check for any water leaks or potential flooding hazards
- Water plants for extended time away
- Pick up of mail, newspapers, package delivery, etc.
- Check alarm system ensuring proper activation
- Check to ensure proper temperature control
- Schedule contractors or vendors for any repair or maintenance
Fees:
$55.00 per hour (mileage included)
